CamCharts provides educational tools that can analyze study material and generate content such as flowcharts, quizzes, flashcards, presentations, forms, spreadsheets, and other educational materials.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and should not use another person's account without permission.

3. Uploaded Content

You are responsible for content that you upload, scan, or otherwise submit to CamCharts.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process the content you submit.

You must not upload content that you are prohibited from sharing or processing.

4. AI-Generated Content

CamCharts uses artificial intelligence services to generate educational content.

AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate information. Generated content should be reviewed before being relied upon for schoolwork or other purposes.

CamCharts does not guarantee that generated content will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for a particular assignment or purpose.

5. Google Integrations

CamCharts may allow you to connect your Google account and create Google Slides, Google Forms, and Google Sheets.

Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

You are responsible for reviewing and managing the Google permissions you grant to CamCharts.

6. Third-Party Services

CamCharts relies on third-party services for certain functionality, including AI processing, image generation, Google integrations, and email delivery.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, limitations, and availability requirements.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another user's account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Upload malicious code or files intended to harm the service or other users.
• Abuse automated systems, APIs, or other service resources.
• Use the service to violate another person's rights.
• Misrepresent generated content as guaranteed factual information.

8. Intellectual Property

The CamCharts software, interface, branding, design, and other original materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission except where applicable law permits.

You retain rights to content that you independently own and upload to the service, subject to the permissions necessary for us and our service providers to process that content.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep CamCharts available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued.

10. Account Termination

You may stop using CamCharts at any time.

We do not guarantee that the service or AI-generated content will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for every particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Study Scanner and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. When we make material changes, we may update the date shown at the top of this page and provide additional notice when appropriate.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
